The following conditions are required to qualify for the Test Drive Mac 90-day Buy and Try promotion:

1. This offer is valid for qualifying VAT registered businesses only.
2. Valid on selected MacBooks, and excludes iMac, Mac Studio, Mac mini and CTO models.
3. A mandatory preliminary customer gap analysis must be performed by a Digicape Business consultant.
4. Free device setup will be provided in Johannesburg and Cape Town. A quote will be supplied for other regions.
5. Your business will need to register for the 120-day FREE technical support from Digicape.
6. Consultations and technical support may be provided remotely depending on location.
7. Travel distance over 30km from a Digicape office will be charged at R8.50pm
8. All technical requests/concerns/problems need to be sent to support@digicape.co.za to allow Digicape the
opportunity to provide a solution.
9. Trade-ins are accepted after the first 60 days (from day 61).
10. If you are not completely satisfied with your MacBook/s purchase, you may return it for a full refund within the first 60 days.
Allowing us to come up with solutions for why it isn't working.
11. Digicape must be notified within the first 60 days of your intention to return the device.
12. Devices must be returned with packaging and accessories.
13. We reserve the right to evaluate the equipment before granting a full refund.
14. Refunds will be effected via an electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the registered bank account. Alternate refund methods will be considered by arrangement.
15. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
16. Digicape is not liable for any bank charges, taxes, interest and/or any additional fees that may be levied against you regarding
to the original payment or refund.
