Delivery Times

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that your order is ready for collection/delivery as soon as possible, our large range of products makes it difficult to guarantee exact times. Please allow 2 to 14 workings days from the date of order confirmation. We rely on information supplied by importers, shipping agencies and couriers and cannot be held responsible for late delivery, for reasons beyond our control. Should you require a more accurate delivery time on the specific items, please call us on (021) 464-6800 or email us at onlineteam@digicape.co.za.

Example: Place your order before 2pm on Tuesday and if you live in the Johannesburg area, you will get your delivery on Thursday.

How does the Payment Option work?

• Full Payment: Pay for your order in total upfront, jump to the front of the queue, sit back and wait for your order to be delivered as soon as stock arrives.
• Part Payment: Pay a R3000 deposit. Once we have sight of stock, we will contact you to pay the balance of your order before it is delivered.
• No Payment: Pre-order without payment. Your order will be placed in our system, and we will notify you when the stock becomes available. The full amount is payable before delivery.

• All pre-order payments can only be made using a credit card or via EFT. Please note that a pre-order does not guarantee that your order will be met, should we not be able to source stock, your pre-order payment will be refunded to you via the same payment method used to make such payment.
• Devices must be pre-ordered individually and cannot be combined with other products in the same order.
